Rag Ball League
What:  Rag Ball League for students (3rd - 8th grade) interested in working on their baseball skills while playing a fun, fast-paced game.
When:  Sundays (January 11th, 18th, 25th & February 1st) from 1:00-4:00
Where:  Riverton High School
Cost:  $5 per player ($25 per team)

Riverton Baseball Program is hosting a Rag Ball League for 3rd - 8th graders interested in playing baseball.  Rag Ball is a fun, fast paced game.  Each team will have 5 players.  Teams will be split into 2 levels (3rd - 5th & 6th - 8th) and will play two 15 minute games each weekend.  Both boys & girls can sign up.

Tomorrow’s lunch:  Beefy Nachos or Cheese Ravioli w/ red sauce

There will be no salads served on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday

The only lunch option on Friday will be pizza

 

Texas Road House gift cards can be picked up from the middle school Thursday evening from 5:00-6:00.

 

The band and choir Scentsy fundraiser items can be picked up on Thursday from 4:30-6:00 at the middle school.

 

Good luck to our boy’s basketball team, they travel to Mt. Pulaski this evening.  Your bus leaves at 5:00.

 

There will not be 6th grade band the rest of the week

 

Holding volleyball tryouts for 5th grade girls for a Gym league

Games will be held at the The Gym in Springfield, IL

Try outs will be Saturday, December 20th from 2-4 at the Riverton Middle School

Today will be the final day to purchase a candy cane-o-gram.  Deliveries will be on Thursday the 18th.

 

There will be no 3:25 after school activity buses on Wednesday this week.

 

Fliers for the 2014 Family Fun Night are available in the office.  Join us for a night of fun on Friday, December 19th from 4:30-8:30. Activities include arts and crafts and the movie FROZEN.  Fliers are available in the office.

Support RHS and the American Heart Association at our annual Red Out Game on Friday, January 9th!  T-shirts are on sale right now for $10 each!  Order forms are available from homeroom teachers and in the office.  All money and order forms must be submitted by THURSDAY, DECEMBER 18th!
